Policy 1 — Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 August 2026

These Terms govern access to and use of SearchCareer at searchcareer.io, an online platform operated by an independent platform operator / site administrator that enables employers to publish job listings and company pages and enables job seekers and visitors to discover opportunities.

1. Operator and acceptance

SearchCareer (“SearchCareer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by the independent platform operator / site administrator. Contact: https://t.me/SearchCareer_Support. By accessing the service, creating an account, submitting content, purchasing a service or otherwise using SearchCareer, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you act for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to contract and not be prohibited from using the service under applicable law. You must provide accurate information, maintain account security, promptly update details and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account except where applicable law provides otherwise.

3. Platform role; no recruitment guarantee

SearchCareer provides publishing, discovery, distribution and related promotional tools. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, SearchCareer is not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, employment agency, agent, fiduciary or party to communications, interviews, offers, employment, contractor or other arrangements between users. We do not guarantee identity, qualifications, legality, accuracy, availability, responses, hiring, candidates, traffic, ranking, placement, business results or suitability. Users must perform their own due diligence and comply with employment, immigration, tax, sanctions, advertising, consumer and other applicable laws.

4. Employer services and paid listings

Employers may submit job listings, company profiles, logos and related materials. Available packages, duration, placement, distribution, renewal, price, currency and taxes are shown at checkout or in an order. Unless another duration is stated at checkout, a listing is published for 30 days. Payment does not guarantee approval or continued publication. A paid service is supplied when the relevant listing, promotion or distribution is activated, subject to the Payment & Refund Policy.

5. Job seeker and visitor use

Job seekers and visitors may search, view and follow links or contact instructions. SearchCareer does not verify every employer or opportunity and does not promise that a listing is current or legitimate. Never send funds, credentials, wallet seed phrases, private keys, one-time codes or unnecessary identity documents to an unverified party. Report suspected scams at https://t.me/SearchCareer_Support.

6. Public content and distribution license

Content submitted for a public listing or profile may be visible worldwide, indexed by search engines, cached, archived, quoted in previews and distributed through SearchCareer channels, including Telegram. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license, for the period reasonably necessary to provide, promote and archive the service, to host, store, reproduce, format, translate where requested, display, communicate and distribute that content. You retain ownership and represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions.

7. Prohibited conduct

8. Moderation and enforcement

We may review, request evidence, edit formatting, label, restrict reach, suspend, reject or remove content or accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce our policies, protect users, comply with law or address security or operational risk. We may preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful requests. Moderation is not a promise that all content is reviewed. Appeals may be submitted under the Content Moderation Policy.

9. Third-party services

The service may link to employer sites, Telegram, analytics providers, payment processors and other third parties. Their products, availability and privacy practices are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services except to the extent mandatory law provides otherwise.

10. Intellectual property and feedback

The SearchCareer service, software, design, compilations and brand assets are owned by us or our licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly attribute it to you without permission.

11. Availability, changes and termination

We may change, suspend or discontinue features and update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by reasonable means and take effect on the stated date, subject to mandatory law. You may stop using the service. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, non-payment, legal obligation or service closure. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive, including payment, licenses already relied upon, disclaimers, liability and disputes.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, TITLE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OR THE ACCURACY OF USER CONTENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR OPPORTUNITIES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Nothing excludes or limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, business users will defend, indemnify and hold harmless SearchCareer and its personnel from third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from their content, recruitment activity, breach of these Terms or violation of law or third-party rights. This clause does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the mandatory law applicable to the operator and the relevant user. Before filing a claim, a party should send a written notice through https://t.me/SearchCareer_Support and allow 30 days for a good-faith attempt to resolve the dispute. If no resolution is reached, the dispute may be brought before a competent court determined under mandatory jurisdiction and procedural rules. Mandatory consumer rights, choice-of-law rules and jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.

15. General

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or severed without affecting the remainder. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with reorganization, financing or transfer of the service, subject to law. These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement for the service unless a signed order or agreement states otherwise. English controls unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Policy 2 — Privacy Policy

Effective date: 1 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how SearchCareer collects, uses, shares, retains and protects personal data relating to visitors, job seekers, employers, representatives and other users.

1. Controller and contacts

The controller is the SearchCareer independent platform operator / site administrator. Privacy requests may be submitted at https://t.me/SearchCareer_Support. No company, registration number, postal address, Data Protection Officer or representative is represented by this Policy. An employer that receives information directly from a candidate ordinarily determines its own recruitment purposes and acts as an independent controller for that information.

2. Data we collect

3. Purposes and legal bases

Depending on jurisdiction, we rely on performance of a contract, steps requested before a contract, legitimate interests, consent and compliance with legal obligations. Where a legal basis is not applicable in a user’s jurisdiction, we rely on another lawful basis available there.

4. Public information and Telegram

Job listings, company profiles and contact details designated for publication are public and may be copied, indexed, cached or reshared by third parties. SearchCareer may distribute content through its Telegram presence, including https://t.me/SearchCareer_Support, and Telegram processes data under its own policies. Content may remain in forwards, screenshots, caches or archives after deletion from SearchCareer. Do not submit personal data that is unnecessary for a public listing.

5. Recipients and processors

We may disclose relevant data to providers used for hosting, databases, security, analytics where enabled, and communications; NOWPayments for cryptocurrency payment processing where available; LAVA and participating banks or payment infrastructure for SBP or other fiat payments where available; Telegram for distribution or contact; professional advisers; authorities where lawfully required; and a successor to the service subject to appropriate safeguards. Each provider processes data under its own terms and according to its role. We do not sell personal data for money or use it for targeted advertising unless a future feature is clearly disclosed and, where required, enabled only after consent.

6. International transfers

Service providers and users may be located outside your country, and public listing content is intentionally accessible worldwide. Where mandatory law requires safeguards for a transfer of non-public personal data, we will use a lawful mechanism available under that law, such as an adequacy decision, approved contractual clauses or another recognized safeguard. Information about the safeguards applicable to a specific request may be requested through the contact channel in this Policy.

7. Retention

We retain account data until account deletion and for up to 24 months afterward where needed for security, disputes or service administration; listings and moderation records for 36 months; payment and accounting records for 5 years, or longer where mandatory law requires; security logs for 12 months; and consent records for 5 years. We may retain data longer for a legal hold, active dispute, fraud prevention or another mandatory obligation, and may delete or anonymize data earlier when it is no longer needed. Public copies outside our control may persist after deletion.

8. Your rights

Depending on location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing; portability; withdraw consent; opt out of marketing or certain sharing; appeal a refusal; and complain to a competent regulator. Submit requests at https://t.me/SearchCareer_Support. We may verify identity and may deny or limit requests where permitted by law. We respond within the period required by applicable law and, where no fixed period applies, aim to respond within 30 days. Authorized agents must provide evidence of authority. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.

9. Automated decisions and ranking

Search ordering, fraud detection and moderation may use automated signals where enabled. SearchCareer does not make employer hiring decisions and does not use automated processing to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects for candidates. If that changes, we will provide the notices and human-review rights required by applicable law before enabling the feature.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical and organizational measures appropriate to risk, which may include access controls, encryption in transit, backups, logging and vendor review. No system is completely secure. Users must protect credentials and report suspected compromise promptly.

11. Children

The service is for persons aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us at https://t.me/SearchCareer_Support so that we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

12. Changes and complaints

We may update this Policy and will post the revised version with a new effective date, and provide additional notice for material changes where required. Questions or complaints may be submitted at https://t.me/SearchCareer_Support. You may also complain to the data-protection or other supervisory authority competent under mandatory law applicable to you or the operator.

Policy 3 — Payment & Refund Policy

Effective date: 1 August 2026

This Policy applies to paid employer services, including job postings, featured placement, company promotion, distribution and other packages offered by SearchCareer. It should be read with the Terms of Service and the checkout description.

1. Merchant and prices

Paid services are supplied by the SearchCareer independent platform operator / site administrator. Prices, included services, publication duration, currency and any applicable charges are displayed before payment. Unless another duration is stated at checkout, a job listing is published for 30 days. Taxes, receipts and accounting treatment are handled as required by mandatory law and the applicable payment flow. You are responsible for providing accurate billing details and paying the displayed charges.

2. Payment methods and processors

Cryptocurrency payments may be processed through NOWPayments. Fiat payments, including Russia’s Faster Payments System (SBP), may be processed through LAVA and participating banks. The processor may collect information and require verification under its own terms. Availability, supported assets, exchange rates, minimums, fees, confirmation rules and processing times may change. SearchCareer does not receive or store full bank credentials or cryptocurrency private keys through a processor-hosted payment flow.

3. Crypto-specific terms

4. SBP/LAVA-specific terms

For SBP, where available through LAVA, the payer typically scans or opens a payment link or QR code, reviews the recipient and amount in the bank interface and confirms the transfer. Payment confirmation, receipts and refunds depend on LAVA, participating banks, the configured merchant flow and applicable payment law. Review the recipient shown by the bank before confirming. For reconciliation or refund assistance, contact https://t.me/SearchCareer_Support. A bank or processor reversal does not by itself resolve the underlying order.

5. When service begins

The service begins when we activate, publish, feature or distribute the purchased item, including through Telegram, or otherwise start performing the package at your request. Any mandatory cancellation right remains available to the extent required by applicable law. Where law permits a cancellation right to end after full performance or after performance begins with express consent, the checkout must obtain the legally required request and acknowledgment.

6. Refund eligibility

Submit a request within 14 days of payment through https://t.me/SearchCareer_Support, including the account identifier, order or payment ID, date, amount, currency or asset and reason. Subject to mandatory law, we may approve a full or partial refund when:

7. Generally non-refundable situations

Subject to mandatory law, fees are non-refundable after publication, activation, featuring or Telegram distribution; for unused time caused by an employer’s early closure or hiring decision; when content is removed or an account is restricted for policy breach; for dissatisfaction with traffic, applications, ranking, candidate quality or hiring outcome; for payer errors involving crypto asset, network, address, amount or timing; or for third-party fees, exchange-rate changes and network fees. We may offer credit or republication at our discretion without creating an obligation for future cases.

8. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are normally returned through the original method where feasible and lawful. We aim to review a complete request within 10 working days and process an approved refund within a further 10 working days. Provider, banking and blockchain processing times are additional and outside our reasonable control. A crypto refund is normally calculated by reference to the amount actually received in the relevant asset and sent to a verified compatible address. Network fees may be deducted from a crypto refund unless the refund results from an error by SearchCareer. Mandatory law prevails where it requires another method, amount or timeframe.

9. Failed, underpaid, overpaid and mistaken payments

Contact us at https://t.me/SearchCareer_Support before sending another payment. We will use processor and ledger records to investigate. Recovery is not guaranteed. For overpayments or unsupported transfers, processor assistance, identity or address verification and fees may apply. For duplicate payments, we may refund the duplicate after verification or apply it as account credit with your agreement.

10. Chargebacks and disputes

For fiat payments, contact us at https://t.me/SearchCareer_Support before initiating a bank dispute so we can investigate. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may lead to suspension and recovery of permitted costs. Nothing limits rights that cannot be waived. Crypto payments cannot be automatically charged back; any approved refund is handled under Sections 6–9.

Effective date: 1 August 2026

This Policy explains how SearchCareer uses cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs and similar technologies on searchcareer.io. The categories described below must be kept aligned with the technologies actually enabled on the production service.

1. What these technologies do

Cookies and similar technologies store or read information on a device to keep the service working, protect accounts, remember choices, measure usage and, if enabled, support advertising or attribution. Session technologies expire when a browser closes; persistent technologies remain until expiry or deletion.

2. Categories

3. Consent and controls

Where required, non-essential technologies are disabled until you consent. The cookie banner and persistent Cookie Settings control must let you accept, reject or adjust non-essential categories with comparable ease. Withdrawing consent does not affect prior lawful processing. Browser controls can block or delete cookies, but this may impair login, security, checkout or preferences. Global privacy signals are honored where mandatory law requires them.

4. Cookie inventory

The live Cookie Settings interface must identify each technology actually deployed by category, provider or host, purpose and duration. Necessary technologies may be listed without consent. Preference and analytics technologies must be listed only where enabled, and analytics must remain subject to consent where required. The inventory must be updated after material technology or vendor changes; no generic or invented cookie names should be published.

5. Updates and contact

We may update this Policy when technologies or laws change. Effective date: 1 August 2026. Questions may be submitted at https://t.me/SearchCareer_Support. See the Privacy Policy for rights and broader processing information.

Policy 5 — Content Moderation Policy

Effective date: 1 August 2026

This Policy describes how SearchCareer reviews and enforces rules for job listings, company pages, accounts and other submitted content. It supplements the Terms and Employer Guidelines.

1. Principles and scope

We aim to support accurate, lawful and useful employment information while reducing fraud, exploitation and harm. Review may be manual, automated or triggered by reports. Approval does not endorse an employer or guarantee legality, safety or accuracy.

2. Prohibited content

3. Restricted or enhanced-review content

Affiliate marketing, gambling, betting, crypto, nutra and finance vacancies may be accepted only where the role, employer activity, advertising and offer are lawful in every targeted geography and comply with applicable licensing, age, disclosure and traffic-source rules. SearchCareer may request proportionate evidence. Adult sexual services are prohibited. No listing may request candidate payments, seed phrases, private keys, credentials or participation in evasion, laundering or deceptive schemes.

4. Review and evidence

We may request a corporate website/domain email, incorporation record, beneficial-owner or representative proof, license, product/service details, compensation evidence, hiring contact authorization or other information proportionate to risk. Do not send unnecessary sensitive documents; use the designated secure channel. Failure to respond or verify may result in rejection or removal.

5. Enforcement actions

Depending on severity, context, history and risk, we may request edits; limit visibility or Telegram distribution; label content; pause review; reject, remove or expire content; restrict features; suspend or terminate accounts; preserve evidence; notify affected parties; or report to processors or authorities where lawful and appropriate. Urgent safety or legal risks may be actioned without prior notice.

6. Notice and appeals

Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide a reason category and an appeal route. Submit an appeal at https://t.me/SearchCareer_Support within 14 days, with the listing or account ID, explanation and supporting evidence. We aim to respond within 10 working days, although complex or legally sensitive matters may take longer. A different reviewer should assess the appeal where practicable. Repeated or abusive appeals may be limited. Mandatory notice and statement-of-reasons rules apply where required.

7. Reports

Report content at https://t.me/SearchCareer_Support. Include the URL, reason, evidence and a safe contact method. For imminent danger, contact local emergency services. For intellectual-property notices, provide ownership or authority, the protected work, exact location, a good-faith statement, an accuracy statement and a signature. Mandatory local notice procedures remain applicable.

Policy 6 — Employer Guidelines

Effective date: 1 August 2026

These Guidelines explain the quality, transparency and safety standards for employers and recruiters using SearchCareer. Compliance does not replace legal advice or employer obligations.

1. Verify authority and identity

2. Write a complete, accurate listing

3. Fair and lawful hiring

Comply with employment, equality, accessibility, immigration, worker-classification, wage transparency, privacy and recordkeeping laws. Requirements must relate to legitimate role needs. Provide reasonable accommodations where required. Do not request protected or sensitive information unless lawful, necessary and accompanied by required notices.

4. Candidate safety and privacy

5. High-risk and affiliate-sector disclosures

Affiliate marketing, gambling, betting, crypto, nutra, finance and other regulated-sector vacancies must clearly disclose the vertical, targeted geographies, traffic restrictions, compensation or KPI basis and applicable compliance or licensing prerequisites. They are permitted only where the employer, role, offer and recruitment activity are lawful in the targeted geographies. Do not solicit unlawful traffic, deceptive advertising, prohibited claims, cloaking, money laundering, sanctions evasion or policy circumvention. Adult sexual services are prohibited. SearchCareer may require proportionate evidence or refuse categories inconsistent with this policy.

6. Posting lifecycle and Telegram

Preview and approve public information before submission. A listing may be indexed and distributed to Telegram with formatting changes, excerpts and links. Avoid including personal phone numbers or emails unless authorized for public distribution. Request corrections promptly. Removal from SearchCareer may not remove third-party forwards, caches, screenshots or search indexes.

7. Quality and enforcement

Avoid duplicate or near-duplicate posts, misleading urgency, all-caps text, excessive symbols, unrelated tags and external links that obscure the application destination. Payment does not override moderation. Violations may lead to edits, reduced distribution, rejection, removal, account restriction and non-refund as described in the applicable policies.
